Retention and minimization
Operational records are retained for service continuity and legal obligations. Non-essential browser storage may be cleared by user controls and consent choices from the app footer.
Mexico data protection context
Private-sector processing in Mexico is governed by the LFPDPPP and related regulations. Production operations should maintain processor records, legal basis documentation, and incident-response controls.
ARCO rights and requests
Data subjects can request access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) by emailing contact@mexicanstartups.com with identity and request details.
